Living With Purpose offers two Day Program options: Inspire and Empower. Inspire is designed and offers Day Habilitation services for adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities, while Empower is designed and offers support for adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities with behavioral support needs.
Living With Purpose Inspire will provide Day Habilitation services for adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities between 9 am-3 pm Monday through Thursday, and 9 am-2 pm on Fridays.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of participating in group activities
• Must independently manage urinary and bowel functions.
• Able to feed themselves without assistance.
• Required to bring their own lunch daily.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the program, arriving between 9:00–9:15 AM and departing between 2:55–3:10 PM. Fridays' departing times are between 1:55 and 2:10 PM.
• Must possess a clear and reliable method of communication.
• Required to disclose any criminal history.
• Cannot be listed as a registered sex offender.
• Cannot have behaviors that would present a danger to themselves or others.
• Receive Medicaid funding or Waiver funding. Other funding sources will be reviewed upon request.
Living With Purpose Empower will provide Day Habilitation services for adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities with behavioral support needs, with a flexible schedule.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of participating in group activities
• Required to bring their own lunch daily.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the program.
• Required to disclose any criminal history.
• Cannot be listed as a registered sex offender.
• Receive Medicaid funding or Waiver funding. Other funding sources will be reviewed upon request.
